Scan the barcode in your RUBiS Rewards BAH/TCI app at checkout, enter your Alt ID or swipe your card to earn product discounts, free items and more.

You must complete the registration process to activate your RUBiS Rewards membership to redeem rewards.
To redeem your points for a catalog item, simply open your app and tap on the Redeem button, select a reward and it will automatically be loaded to your account. Scan the barcode in your app, enter your Alt ID or swipe your card at checkout and the discount is automatically applied.

Yes, RUBiS' new digital rewards program gives you points for fuel purchases.

Points expire 12 months from the date of issuance. For example, points earned on February 15th of this year expire March 31st of next year.

Catalog rewards expire at the end of the following month they were earned. For example, a catalog reward selected February 15th will expire the next month on March 31st.

Your Alt ID is the phone number you used when you created your RUBiS Rewards account. You can find your Alt ID in the app by tapping the barcode icon in the top right corner of the home screen.

RUBiS Rewards cards are available for senior citizens (persons over 65) at RUBiS Bahamas Limited Head Office. Proof of age will be required.

You can continue to sport your RUBiS Rewards tag on your key ring for brand advertising, however, because we’ve gone digital you are not required to swipe it at the pump or in-store.
